Chepstow High Street shop thefts: trial starts Monday at Cwmbran Magistrates

A shop-theft trial is listed at Cwmbran Magistrates’ from Monday, arising from incidents on Chepstow High Street earlier this year. Cover Wales does not name defendants on first listing. Chepstow Chamber of Commerce told the desk traders had logged dozens of incidents with Gwent Police since January. A police statement said neighbourhood patrols on the High Street were increased in May.
